Caló des Mort

This little corner of just 70 m2 is worth photographing a thousand times. Crystal clear waters, a direct approach to the sunset, typical fishermen's huts and less people than usual on the Formentera beaches due to their difficult access. It is on the way to the La Mola Lighthouse, at the foot of a cliff. In this link you can find out how to get to Caló des Mort.

Next to Migjorn, Llevant beach is the longest on the island. Its peculiarity is its proximity to Ses Illetes beach, since in just a few seconds we can cross from one beach to another. The beauty of this beach is the vision of the sea on both sides, in addition to the cordon of dunes that flanks it, which has enormous scenic and environmental value.

Ok, it is not a beach, but it definitely deserves a visit. Espalmador is a small island just 150 meters from Formentera, it has about 3 km2 considered a Natural Park. Here we can find one of the most beautiful virgin beaches that you will surely never see: S’Algar.

Ses Illetes

The visit par excellence: the beach of Ses Illetes. One of the most visited and known worldwide for its crystal-clear waters and fine white sand that is reminiscent of the best beaches in the Caribbean. It is important to remember that during the summer months it is mandatory to pay to access it by car or motorcycle, however you do not if you access by bicycle. Es Pujols

Es Pujols is the perfect meeting point. Despite being the most touristic area of Formentera, it brings together a good atmosphere, varied gastronomy, craft stalls, a maritime atmosphere and beautiful crystalline waters next to a white sand beach.

Cala Saona

Southbound, on the way to the Cap de Barbaria lighthouse, we come across another of the most mythical on the island: Cala Saona. Its 140m in length focused on the sunset, give us unforgettable moments. It has some restaurants and the well-known Cala Saona beach bar, ideal to say goodbye to the day with mojito in hand.

Migjorn is one of the best known and most visited but its more than 4km of sand make it impossible for you not to find your perfect relaxing corner. Getting there is very simple and it has a multitude of typical restaurants along its length, which make it a perfect place to enjoy a day at the beach and a good paella in front of the sea.
